He has been advising multinational clients on regulatory and compliance issues and all aspects of structuring inbound investments, due diligence and investor rights. Aditya takes keen interest in innovative tech startups and regularly advises them on corporate management, strategy and disputes.

Aditya regularly advises clients on pre litigation strategy, renders legal opinions of complex questions of law and appear in courts and tribunals to represent clients. He also has extensive experience in the areas of intellectual property (IP) registration and litigation. His experience in IP litigation includes cases in the areas of trademark, trade name, trade dress, copyright and unfair competition.

He has wide ranging experience during which he has represented several global corporations, small & medium enterprises as well as start up companies in protection of their intellectual property, especially patent and industrial designs.
